How does First People work?
The First People platform has two user accounts available. The first is the Talent account which is for Indigenous job seekers. The second is Employer accounts which is for employers actively seeking to hire First Nations talent. All user accounts are free to register and there are multiple paid options for employers when commencing their recruitment process which can be found on our pricing page. See below for more details on specific features to each user account.
