You’ll be empowering and motivating employment consultants to drive the very best outcomes for job seekers who are in the Workforce Australia program. Your teams’ success is what drives you, so regular training and mentoring will be important, supporting them achieve their targets and deliver a quality service. You’ll also lead by example, engaging with job seekers to provide tailored employment services.

APM delivers Employment Services Programs from over 400 sites nationally and you’ll be responsible for our Greenway & Cooma sites. We lift people up, supporting them in employment, independence and improved wellbeing. Your ability to create and implement diverse, yet supportive performance strategies to support a team to meet business objectives, will make you a good fit for a Business Manager.

Empowering and motivating a team for successful service delivery and performance outcomes
Training and mentoring of your team and yourself
Promotion of APM and our services
Supporting the team to advocate and market our participants to local employers
To be considered, you will have…

Eligibility to work in Australia
A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
Ability to work Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
Demonstrated leadership skills
