What You’ll Be Doing

You will work closely with Mob, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable, ongoing employment.

You will also:

Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
Develop tailored plans for Mob to create successful and culturally safe pathways for employment
You will empower Mob by positively developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers and participants
Deliver a quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements

What you will need

Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
You may require a current probationary or open Australian Drivers Licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle, but let’s have a yarn about that
Willing to complete a National Police check
Willing to obtain a MyID (standard level)
Ability to pass a Working with Children’s check
Eligibility to work in Australia
